Executive Chairman

Pierre de Backer brings over 20 years of expertise in the investment funds industry. He serves as Principal at Deynecourt, a Luxembourg-based firm specialising in high-value legal and corporate services. At Deynecourt, Pierre advises asset managers, financial institutions, and high-net-worth individuals on the formation of investment vehicles, drafting constitutional and contractual documents, and navigating complex regulatory frameworks.  

In addition to his role at Deynecourt, Pierre is the Co-Founder and Executive Chairman of FinaStream, a company dedicated to providing innovative solutions in the financial services sector.  

Pierre’s extensive experience and strategic insight make him a trusted advisor in the investment funds landscape, known for his ability to design and steer complex fund structures across various asset classes.

Stéphane Royer is a seasoned technology leader with over two decades of experience in IT and financial services. As Chief Technology Officer, he spearheads the development of cutting-edge data management and automation solutions tailored for asset managers. His vision is to empower financial institutions to streamline operations and enhance agility through innovative technology.

Stéphane contributed to major IT projects in asset management, regulatory compliance, and financial reporting. He continues to drive innovation in financial technology, aiming to simplify complex processes and deliver impactful solutions to the industry.
