Last month, we launched our Co-Sec Workflow Designer.
Today, we are excited to showcase its full potential with its Resolution Approval and Voting module — designed to streamline how resolutions are circulated, approved, voted on, and formally recorded, all within one automated and repeatable workflow.

For many AIFMs, fund managers, and corporate governance teams, managing resolutions still involves multiple manual steps: drafting documents, circulating them by email, tracking approvals, chasing responses, and ensuring everything is properly archived for audit and statutory purposes.

How does the workflow work in practice?
Creating a voting workflow is deliberately simple:
1 Define the resolution
Initiate the task: Resolution Voting, add the required documents and choose the voting participants — Board members or Shareholders. 🚀
2 Circulate for digital approval and voting
The resolution is sent digitally using your chosen distribution mode (email or in-app notification). Automated reminders, response tracking, and voting logs are managed seamlessly.
3 Record, archive, and re-use
Once votes are registered, the resolution is finalised and stored in the statutory records. The entire workflow is saved and can be re-used for future resolutions.

A Complete 360° Analysis of Product Value
The module addresses the full scope of requirements expressed in client specifications through two core modules:
- A 360° view of each investment fund, with granular “look-through” into underlying units.
- Analyses compliant with IDD (Insurance Distribution Directive) and SFDR (Sustainable Finance Disclosure Regulation), including performance indicators, risk adequacy, and sustainability metrics.
- Build portfolios based on corporate-level investment strategy, including target weights, regulatory constraints (min/max, fee budgets, SRI/ESG targets, exclusions), multi-currency allocations, and product-level rules.
- Ensure investor profile alignment, covering risk tolerance, investment horizon, objectives, and sustainability preferences, fully compliant with IDD regulations.
- Simulate and compare portfolios, either across different funds or over time within the same portfolio.
